Every investment is made into a dedicated SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) company established under the Companies Act, 2013. Capital is routed via a Scheduled Commercial Bank Escrow account that releases funds only against verified production line-item milestones certified by an independent Chartered Accountant.

When and how are profits disbursed?

Revenues from theatrical distributor advances and digital OTT streaming licensing agreements begin accruing before and immediately upon theatrical release. Profit distribution follows a strict waterfall: 100% of your invested principal is refunded first, followed by pro-rata profits disbursed quarterly directly to your registered bank account with complete TDS documentation.

Can international (NRI / Foreign) investors participate?

Yes. Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and foreign entities can participate via NRE/NRO banking channels and RBI-compliant FDI or FPI routes through our authorized institutional escrow trustee.

Why do I need a Referral ID to register?

To preserve investor syndicate exclusivity, ensure compliance with private placement regulations, and safeguard allocation limits, each investor requires an authorized Sponsor or Partner Referral ID. If you don't possess a code, please contact our Investor Relations desk for private whitelisting.
